The Online Anxiety Course
This 8 week course is packed full of the essentials needed, to help you move on from anxiety and find peace again. Included are 8 weekly videos, 8 workbooks with activities each week, meditations, other exercises, resources and ways to track the progress you are making.
For this one price you will have lifetime access to the materials (or the updated version of them), so you can revisit whenever you want a refresher.
The Anxiety Course
This course covers all the basics you need to help alleviate and remove anxiety as a regular part of your life. It helps deepen your understanding of anxiety and explores what its meaning may be for you. Working 1-2-1 we can look directly at your personal experiences of anxiety and concentrate on those areas.
The group element to this combined course (and the experiences I will share myself), show that you are not alone in your struggle with anxiety. It helps people feel less isolated and more reassured. We can also learn a lot from other people's experiences and make deep, meaningful connections.
The course helps you find ways to manage the symptoms and shows how to actually create a life without anxiety. The course also addresses stress, depression, health and connection. It explores right-mindfulness and how to apply this to your life.
* If zoom or group stuff scares you, don't worry! You do not need to introduce yourself and you do not need to talk to the group - at anytime unless you wish to. Questions can be asked via the discussion board in Zoom or during your 1-2-1 session. There are big pros to group stuff and we can talk about this in more detail before the first session if you are unsure.

We will explore ways to manage the symptoms based on what you find effective and enjoy. We will put in place a strategy which will help you create a life without anxiety. The course also addresses stress, depression, health and connection. It explores right-mindfulness and how to apply this to your life.

This course helps deepen your understanding of anxiety. It guides you to understand what its meaning or purpose is for you. This course covers all the basics and more to help alleviate the symptoms and remove anxiety as a regular part of your life. Together we will throw every tool we can at it! Working 1-2-1 we will look directly at your personal experiences of anxiety and concentrate on those areas.
The holistic element to this mentoring, allows us to use additional alternative therapies to manage symptoms and achieve goals. It helps us alleviate symptoms, connect and relax. The course also addresses stress, depression, health and a lack of connection. It explores right-mindfulness and how to apply this to your life.
This course is best completed in person, however it can also be delivered fully online for those living further away.
- The all singing and dancing version of the work I do
- 1-2-1 mentoring for 12 weeks
- One 2.5 hour initial session to allow time to meaningfully connect (including optional holistic treatment)
- A weekly 1.5 hour 1-2-1 session with me, either in-person or online
- Some sessions to include holistic therapies such as: Reiki, Aromatherapy, Forest Bathing
- Some 'out of the office' sessions to address problem areas such as public transport or socialising
- Two additional online activities per week
